Returns and warranty
Returns follow Amazon's standard policy: most unused items go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, started from the order page in your account.
Anything that arrives damaged, missing parts, or faulty is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, handled through Amazon. Return shipping on a defective item is free, and it is replaced or refunded in full.
Assembled furniture that is simply not what you hoped for can usually still be returned within the window, but it needs to be re-packable, which is another reason to keep the box and inserts for the first couple of weeks.
Missing a single screw or bracket rarely needs a full return: the manufacturer ships replacement hardware, and Amazon customer service can arrange it.
